[2024/2025/2026] Atem is a meditative experience where performance and ritual meet, with breathing as the foundation and the source of all harmony. Visitors can participate on yoga mats around soprano Elisabeth Hetherington. By breathing, humming and moving with her, they are part of the performance. For this special occasion, sound magician Wouter Snoei will work his magic to transform the venue into a nature chapel. Drawing on these elements, Hetherington’s performance encompasses both improvisation and songs by Morton Feldman and Hildegard von Bingen.
